Keller Williams Realty Santa Fe offers both Free and Paid Marketing Services for KW Agents.

When you need Marketing Materials for yourself or one of your listings, we offer template designs for you. There is no design charge to an agent who chooses to have the Marketing Department use one of these templates for your flyers, postcards or property signs. All you need to do is fill out a marketing request form.

We will send you a proof for your materials in 24-48 hours. For weekend materials, please send in your request by end of day, Wednesday.  Materials that are not received by 5pm, Wednesday, cannot be guaranteed to be completed before the weekend.

We also offer paid design services, when you require custom marketing materials. Custom Design is defined as any project not created from a template shown on this website. Design prices are listed below and do not include printing costs. In-house printing costs are the same as template print prices. Design needs that are not listed below will be charged an hourly rate of $40. Prices will be determined and approved before a project begins.
